Grand Stair Treillage

This project features a beautiful ornamental iron railing and treillage system fabricated and installed in a private residence in Massachusetts by Make Architectural Metalworking. The design emphasizes “classical elegance” through the use of intricate, double-faced panels that provide a sculptural quality to the home’s grand staircase. The railing features double-faced detailed treillage. These panels are not only aesthetic but have been specifically redesigned to meet modern safety codes, ensuring no large gaps while maintaining an open, airy feel.
